The estate is a family-run farmhouse from the 1960s, tastefully restored in the heart of the Sabina region, nestled between the villages of Pozzaglia Sabina and Orvinio. The rooms come in three types: an 80-square-meter apartment for four guests with two bathrooms, a 40-square-meter suite for two, and a 23-square-meter deluxe double room. Check-in from 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM. Dining is available at the Donaterra restaurant, open for lunch from 12:30 to 2:30 PM and dinner from 7:30 to 10:30 PM, or at Taberna Degusto, welcoming guests for brunch from 11:30 AM and happy hour from 5:30 PM. There is an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the surrounding countryside. Airport shuttle service is available upon request, and electric vehicle owners will find a charging station on site. An indoor hall is reserved for meetings and team-building events. The property also organizes weddings, religious ceremonies, and private celebrations, with a friendly donkey on the farm to delight the children. From June 15 to September 15, the estate remains open daily.
