Il posto delle Viole is an ideal location for anyone interested in visiting the beautiful historical towns and cities of central Italy. The cities of Urbino and Gubbio are less than 30 km from the agriturismo but there are other destinations within reach as well: Assisi, Cortona, Spoleto, Trasimeno lake, Arezzo, Loreto, San Leo, le Grotte di Frasassi [Frasassi caves], etc. The sea with the quiet beach of Fano is only in 45 km away. Agriturismo “Il Posto delle Viole” is an elegant country home in the heart of the Apennines with stunning uninterrupted views of the Monte Catria landscape. Agutorismo "Il posto delle Viole” has three different complexes. “La Casa gialla” (the yellow house) has two apartments where the landlords live. “ la Casa rossa” the red house also has two delightful apartments called “Lavinia” and “Maria Sole” available for the guests. The two buildings are surrounded by large gardens a swimming pool (12 x 6 m), a barbecue and private parking. “La Fornace”, an old 19th century industrial building that has been tastefully renovated to a high standard. He apartments have been refurbished using eco-friendly building techniques and only natural materials.
