The 'La Castelletta' holiday farm is located on the hill of the same name in the municipality of Cupra Marittima, overlooking the remains of the ancient castle of S. Andrea. The favourable hillside position allows you to enjoy a splendid panorama that sweeps from the sea below (Blue Flag for several years) to the lush Marche countryside and the Sibillini mountains visible in the background. All this provides the ideal setting for evocative excursions on foot, horseback and by bicycle. Guests have at their disposal five rooms plus, in the courtyard, an independent unit. Renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, all rooms have private bathrooms and furnishings from the rural era. Guests can also cool off - during hot summer days - in the cosy swimming pool in the complex. The villages and medieval centres in the area, including Acquaviva Picena, Ripatransone, Fermo and Offida, are an important tourist and cultural attraction. The multifunctional farm divides its almost 20 hectares of land between an olive grove, vineyard, orchard, nursery of small medicinal and hedge plants, and woodland rich in native plants. The rearing of farmyard animals and the cultivation of vegetables in rotation provide the farm with fresh and genuine raw materials. The restaurant occupies the place of the old stable, and has been restored according to the principles of bio-architecture using the materials of the old house and maintaining the existing structures.
