Within a 6-hectare organic farm, amidst rolling hills, between the Adriatic and the Sibillini Mountains, it is an oasis of peace along the Tenna river. It offers a family atmosphere and a peaceful stay, also for the disabled. The campsite has an independent service block for each pitch.
The property features 4 fully equipped apartments (one on the ground floor accessible to guests with physical disabilities) comprising a double bedroom with additional beds, living room with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.

The unspoiled landscape, wild in places, offers lovely walks and mountain bike rides along the white gravel roads that run beside the nearby river, where you can also fish. Positioned halfway between the Adriatic coast and the mountains, our farm stay lets you easily visit both the beach (Porto S. Giorgio just 15 minutes away) and the mountains (Sibillini National Park, 30 minutes away), as well as charming historic towns (Falerone, S. Elpidio a Mare, Fermo, Ascoli Piceno). Also within easy reach are the natural wonders of Monte Conero Park (near Ancona) and the famous Frasassi Caves (near Fabriano). In the immediate vicinity you'll find motocross circuits, S. Paolo Racecourse (trotting races), an airfield, and swimming pools. We don't have a restaurant on-site, but we can arrange meals at partner restaurants.
