The agriturismo il Portico is located on the ridge of the wide hilly strip that divides the Tesino river from the Tronto river, it offers a wide panorama ranging from Monte dell'Ascensione to the Sibillini mountain range, to Gran Sasso, all the way to the Adriatic Sea 20 km away. Located 2 km from Offida, by travelling a few km one can encounter characteristic Picene towns. The structure, recently built, comprises three double rooms each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with all amenities and a kitchenette. The large and bright dining room overlooks a portico where, on spring days, excellent snacks are served with typical local products (olive all'ascolana, mushrooms, chichi ripieno, etc.). The services offered are bed and breakfast. At the end of the Rosso Piceno Superiore wine road, coming from S. Benedetto, and along the Mezzina road, coming from Ascoli Piceno, is located, at an altitude of 293 metres above sea level, Offida, a Picene town. Famous for the production of bobbin lace and for the production of DOC wines, it is an excellent destination for tourists. Packed with events, the festive calendar rediscovers and presents to the curious tourist stories, customs and legends and many opportunities to get to know more closely the wine-gastronomic, artisanal and cultural realities of the Picene province.
