The Agriturismo Residence La Panoramica is located in a privileged position, slightly on a hill, in the countryside, but at the same time a step away from the pedestrian centre of San Benedetto del Tronto, the beach and the beautiful pine forest with children's playground. This allows our guests to enjoy both the sea and the hinterland full of medieval villages: Grottammare, Acquaviva Picena, Ripatransone, Offida. Alternatively, you can lounge by the pool, in our heated Jacuzzi, or enjoy the coolness of the garden while reading a good book. The Marche region is renowned for its many food and wine specialities and La Panoramica is happy to present its simple, traditional cuisine, prepared by Mamma Paola. Shopping is daily, and the products are fresh and genuine, like the fruit and vegetables from our garden that Dino harvests for you every day. In the morning, a rich sweet and savoury buffet is served for breakfast, with homemade cakes and tarts. Twice a week we serve fish dishes from the Adriatic Sea, fried fish and mixed grill. Everything is seasoned with oil from our olive trees and washed down with wine lovingly produced by Babbo Franco. On Sunday evening, there is the festive menu with many samples of fresh pasta, local cold cuts, free-range chicken and lamb, and the fritto misto with the famous Ascoli olives. Dinner is served al fresco on our lovely panoramic veranda. From here, while dining, parents can comfortably watch the children play. Our rooms wind all around the farmhouse, enveloped by the garden of pines, oleanders and palms. Some have sea views, others look out over the expanse of the countryside and the swimming pool. Simple, all with en-suite facilities, they range from 'family rooms' (larger, for large families) to standard double rooms. Air conditioning is only present in the rooms most exposed to the sun, while in the others it is not necessary thanks to the cool climate enjoyed on the farm, exposed to the sea and land breezes. It is also a naturalistic choice, aimed at avoiding physiological traumas caused by cold air. For TV, there is a common room equipped with satellite TV with a cinema option. Cleaning is daily, linen is changed weekly or as required. A room especially equipped for the disabled is also available. We have a few flats a short distance from the main building, which is always available to guests for all services, including the swimming pool.
