Country House Nonno Girò

Country House Nonno Girò Restaurant When you talk about authentic Marche cuisine, you cannot help but think of genuine simplicity and the flavors of tradition. In the heart of Tolentino, the restaurant at Country House Nonno Girò welcomes you in a warm and family atmosphere, where every dish tells the story of the territory and the passion that animates this land.

Here, cuisine is not just preparation, but a celebration of short supply chains and products from the surrounding countryside. Every recipe is rooted in Marche traditions, rediscovered and respected with dedication, just like the philosophy that guides all our agricultural activity. Dining with us means sharing the philosophy itself of the Country House: experiencing nature and appreciating what it offers with authenticity and genuineness.

The gastronomic experience we propose stems from the desire to let our guests discover not only unforgettable flavors, but also a true connection with the territory. The welcoming environment, the warmth of our service, and the conscious use of raw materials transform every meal into a special moment. Whether you are a guest of the structure or a visitor to the Potenza valley, our restaurant invites you to the table to share the pleasure of true Marche cuisine, just as a family that loves its land would do.
