Our cuisine is deeply rooted in the territory and the land. For our menus we use fresh products from our countryside and prepare them following family recipes and the Molisan tradition. Bread baked in a wood-fired oven, fresh homemade pasta, traditional sauces and gravies, meat grilled or cooked under the "coppa", an iron lid with which the pan is sealed and then covered with ash and embers, and every Friday evening pizza cooked on the brick. Additionally: personalized menus for every event and occasion, themed evenings and more original dishes, always respecting seasonality and tradition, complete the agriturismo's culinary offer. Throughout the year we organize themed evenings and entertainment where you can explore gastronomic traditions and the culture of the agricultural world: songs, dances, popular festivals, traditional music.
