Il Milin Farm House, one of the first established in the province of Asti (license n° 1 of the municipality of Asti), is the showcase for the products of Rovero Farm, including: - Organic farming - Distillery of grappa and distillates - Farm house for product tasting - Rooms and flats for a relaxing stay of our guests Located on the first hills of the town of Asti, 5 Km away from the tollgate ASTI-EST, Il Milin is conveniently connected with the major cities of interest, such as Alba (30 Km), Turin (50 Km), Genoa (100 Km) and Milan (130 Km). Our restaurant is open for lunch or dinner only on reservation with a menu at the price of € 34, but during the normal working hours you will always have the opportunity to taste our wines and distillates, with grissini, sausages and cheeses. We can also arrange Wine Tasting: guided visits to cellars and distilleries with the opportunity to directly taste and buy wines, grappe and local gastronomic specialities. With a little forewarning our visitors can be sure to find a personal welcome and, on request, someone who speaks their language (French, English, Spanish, German). Our quiet and elegant 3 double rooms and 2 flats offer a warm and welcoming environment. All equipped with private bathroom, they bear the names of the wines produced by Rovero Farm. It is available an Internet point and a Wi-Fi connection. The farm is made up of about 25 hectares of hillside land. About 20 hectares are vineyards and the remaining 5 are orchards, market gardens and arable land. Distillation takes place only during the devatting period and use fresh marc. In this way we produce exceptionally finegrappa to delight the palates of even the most refined and discerning connoisseur. Our wines are produced following traditional methods but with the help of mode technology so as to give the consumer the best possible product from our hills of Asti.
