At Ca' dell'Aglio, the menu changes throughout the week: à la carte from Monday to Friday, a fixed menu on weekends and special occasions. The fixed menu follows a precise order, from appetizer to dessert: focaccia squares, small pizzas and local cured meats, onion baguette, followed by risottos among the first courses, and finally homemade desserts.
Each month also features themed evenings tied to seasonal products: risottos in autumn, bagna cauda in winter, grills when summer arrives.
The agritourism is located in the hills of Val Curone, and booking a table is far more than a formality: it helps those in the kitchen organize their day and prepare a warm welcome from the moment you arrive.
