At Ca' dell'Aglio, we've been cooking since 2004, nestled among the rolling hills of Val Curone, in the Ca' dell'Aglio hamlet of Momperone. From Monday to Friday, you can choose from our menu, updated with the seasons. On weekends, we offer only a fixed menu, from appetizers to dessert. Each month features themed evenings that change regularly: risotti in autumn, bagna cauda in winter, and grilled specialties when summer arrives.

Reservations are highly recommended: they allow us to prepare your table at leisure and better welcome our guests. Our kitchen follows Piedmontese tradition, using local products. There's a swimming pool for those who prefer to relax after lunch rather than heading straight back to the road. You can also stay overnight, surrounded by hills and tranquility, with breakfast served in the morning.
