We've been at Ca' dell'Aglio since 2004, nestled in the hills of Val Curone between Tortona and Alessandria. What we do here is simple: we bring to your table what each season offers, with ingredients from our territory and recipes passed down through time. Every dish tells a story of authentic Piedmont cuisine, prepared with care and without pretense. From Monday to Friday you can choose from our à la carte menu, while on weekends we offer our set menu spanning from antipasto to dessert. Throughout the year we organize themed evenings celebrating seasonal products.

Come to eat at a leisurely pace, in an atmosphere where you feel at home.
