It belonged historically to the Counts Cordara of Calamandrana, then to the Veggi family of Castelletto Molina, who established a noble burial ground here, now suppressed. The place is already marked Romana in the oldest statutes. In fact, in a very old document it is referred to as 'ARMAN-NA'. Undoubtedly, this name can be attributed to the Cordara family, who remained in Rome for many years and thus wished to remember the city itself. After careful renovation respecting the original architecture, today our farmhouse has spacious rooms, including suites and flats, with a particular attention to decoration and furnishings, all equipped with every comfort. Our beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position is flanked by a green park with century-old trees and surrounded by large areas with a pergola under which you can have breakfast or enjoy a quiet evening aperitif. Our breakfasts are served buffet style and carefully prepared to offer you the best homemade products such as jams or honey and local specialities such as hazelnut cake or amaretti biscuits from Mombaruzzo, cold meats or cheeses from Roccaverano. Our restaurant serves typical Monferrato and Langhe specialities, enriched with a touch of creativity.
