The enchanting restaurant "La riserva del gusto", located within the ancient manor house of Tenuta La Romana, born as a house of the clergy, stands in a nature reserve and was created with the purpose of proposing and maintaining the origins of Piedmontese cuisine, in particular those of Langhe and Monferrato, revisited by chef Vinciguerra Pierluigi. Cooking is an art and the important things are: color, aroma, music, taste and emotion… The emotion of being able to savor unique dishes dictated by passion, love and simplicity. The chef's intention and philosophy are to unite tradition with personal and innovative research. All raw materials used are carefully selected by the chef and sourced from companies in the Piedmont territory, such as: the prized fassone beef, cheeses, cured meats, flours, fruit and vegetables, not forgetting the white Alba truffle and the prized wines of the territory like Il Nizza. The environment is furnished with taste and is warm and welcoming, and also offers a special view of our magnificent vineyards and the lake. The restaurant is available for business lunches and dinners, romantic dinners, weddings and various events with the special feature of creating the menu with the courses you prefer most together with the chef.
