The restaurant at Farm-house Cascina Dei Prapien

Among the meadows of Oasi Zegna, our restaurant tells the story of Biellese cuisine with seasonal dishes, genuine ingredients from our farm and home recipes. The table features local appetizers, pastas and risottos, slowly cooked meats and desserts made on the farm, in a rustic and panoramic setting perfect for families, couples and small groups. We are open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; reservations are recommended. On Sundays we offer afternoon tea with Miacce, the typical thin waffle cooked on a griddle and filled, while upon reservation we organize themed evenings such as Bagna Caoda. We periodically offer tasting menus and sinoire afternoon teas. We are happy to prepare dedicated alternatives for vegetarian requests and food intolerances.
