Handcrafted by skilled artisans from Salento, the rooms of the farmhouse, near the sea of Torre dell'Orso, are very evocative and characteristic; some have vaulted ceilings, others, in respect of the previous flooring, have been built with wooden beams. Inside the farmhouse, comfortable rooms with bathrooms have been created: some inside the ancient watchtower, some inside the courtyard, others obtained directly overlooking the two existing gardens.

The farmhouse has a jogging path that extends for approximately 1 km and those who walk it will have the pleasure of resting in the shade of some centuries-old oak trees and of seeing wild plants that characterize the Mediterranean scrubland. Each guest will have at their disposal a map of Salento and a map of the city of Lecce, which for its Baroque architecture realized thanks to the soft characteristics of Lecce stone, for its characteristic of a human-sized city deserves to be visited in depth; bicycles will also be available, in order to allow those who wish to reach the nearby equipped beach of Torre dell'Orso, or to make excursions in the countryside areas, along the cycling route and in the nearby small wood in contact with the local flora and fauna.
