Masseria Montepaolo is located in Puglia and is a charming residence dating back to 1500, an era of which it keeps intact the beauty and typicality of the structure, imposing but at the same time refined.Located in the countryside of Conversano (Bari), about three kilometers from the town and within the protected naturalistic area called 'Park of the lakes', Agriturismo Montepaolo looks like a real resort where tourists can combine the pleasure of discovering the beauties of the area with the high level of services offered: a unique and unforgettable holiday.In the splendid naturalistic scenery it is possible to enjoy a beautiful English lawn, a large swimming pool, reserved for resident guests only, a large wooden gazebo, a playground for children, a consecrated and frescoed rural church, a Mediterranean scrub grove and wireless internet connection. Our cuisine is the typical Apulian one: fresh and genuine dishes, typical recipes of our tradition, linked to seasonality, which literally make our guests fall in love. Most of the ingredients we use in the kitchen come from our certified organic farm: extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables. Upon request, we also organize cooking classes, with participants from all over the world.
