At two hundred meters, stands a medieval tower used as a residence. Our cuisine is the typical Apulian one: fresh and genuine dishes, typical recipes of our tradition, linked to seasonality, which literally make our guests fall in love. Most of the ingredients we use in the kitchen come from our certified organic farm: extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables. Upon request, we also organize cooking classes, with participants from all over the world.
