Who we are

16th century hunting lodge of the Counts of Acquaviva d’Aragona. The dwelling, enclosed by a stone wall, is framed in a verdant romantic landscape, is located on a hillock overlooking a karst dolina, surrounded by a Mediterranean scrub grove, which you can walk through to admire mastic, olive and carob trees. , downy oaks and wild flowers such as cyclamen and orchids. The restaurant, also allowed to outsiders by reservation only, features "Al viticcio" stone rooms and a beautiful air-conditioned winter garden overlooking the pool and garden.

Menù:

Our cuisine is the typical Apulian one: fresh and genuine dishes, typical recipes of our tradition, linked to seasonality, which literally make our guests fall in love. Most of the ingredients we use in the kitchen come from our certified organic farm: extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables. Upon request, we also organize cooking classes, with participants from all over the world.
