The menu is fixed, a tasting of traditional Sardinian cuisine: no à la carte, no choice course by course. Reservations are made online only, with credit or debit card as guarantee, and your table becomes confirmed only after a confirmation email.

The dining rooms tell the story of a family business active since 1990: antique furnishings and genuine work tools, not reconstructed for the occasion, the very ones used in the life of the Sardinian countryside.

Around the dining rooms are spaces to explore before taking your seat, a small museum of peasant tradition included in the experience. If you wish, after lunch you can continue with a tour and tasting of pecorino sardo or participate in a handmade pasta workshop.
