Just a short walk from the medieval village of Vecchia Tratalias, in the green countryside of Sulcis, Agriturismo Medau Becciu welcomes guests in a historic farmhouse renovated in 2005. The property features six spacious rooms and two self-contained mini-apartments. All rooms come with private bathroom, TV, air conditioning and bed/bath linen, while the apartments include a kitchenette and fridge. An outdoor pool sits right next to the house—perfect after a day exploring beaches, archaeological sites and vineyards in southwestern Sardinia. Medau Becciu +1 At the table, Sardinian cuisine shines with farm-grown produce year-round and meats from the on-site pig and sheep farms. Typical menus for events and family lunches start with a generous lineup of eight appetizers, move to classics like gnocchetti alla campidanese and fregola, and finish with mains such as lamb with peas, stewed mutton and roast suckling pig, plus seasonal fruit, Sardinian desserts, coffee and digestif. Packaged soft drinks and beer are available as extras. Medau Becciu Overnight options include B&B and half board, with seasonal rates and discounts for children aged 3–9. Room cleaning is three times per week with weekly linen change; half board is not available on Wednesdays and Sundays.
