The restaurant at Farm-house Bio Resort Fontes Episcopi

The pasta at our restaurant is made from four indigenous Sicilian grains cultivated in the Valle dei Templi: Perciasacchi, Bidi, Russello and Timilia, stone-ground. The kitchen is open for lunch and dinner by reservation. Our dishes follow the seasons and family-passed recipes, using local produce. There are no complicated preparations: stone-ground grain remains the starting point for every dish. The restaurant also hosts small private events. For those who wish to understand how we transform grain into food on your table, we offer cooking classes to experience the culinary journey from grain to table. An offering conceived around the work of the surrounding fields, rather than the pursuit of kitchen effects.
