Our rooms have been recovered from buildings no longer needed for the productive activity of a small agricultural farm. Stables, haylofts and warehouses have been transformed into welcoming rooms equipped with all the services and comforts necessary for an optimal and relaxing stay. The rooms overlook the countryside and are surrounded by trees, with a view of the swimming pool with a panoramic view over the Gioi river valley, or over the Iblean plateau. The furnishings reflect what some guests have described as Sicilian Rural Style, simple yet elegant. The flooring has been made with Modica stone, which was traditionally used in Sicilian country houses, together with Sicilian terracotta tiles recovered during the renovation works on the property itself. The ceilings have been made with reeds and plaster or with wood, as they were before the renovation, allowing one to sense the ancient former use of the spaces.
Our rooms have been obtained from the restructuring of warehouses, stables and haylofts exceeding the needs of the small farm. The rooms have been restructured while maintaining the typical style of Sicilian rural houses, with local materials such as Modica stone, asphaltic stone and Sicilian terracotta. The style of the furniture is simple but elegant and welcoming many of our guests have defined it Sicilian Rural Style. The rooms all have independent entrance and independent bathroom equipped with bidet. In the rooms you will find hair dryer, mini fridge, air conditioning, TV. The bathrooms are equipped with shower we do not have rooms with bathtub. From the rooms you can admire the countryside and the surrounding landscape. We are located on a hill that overlooks on one side the sea of Capo Passero the extreme tip of Sicily, on the other side it overlooks the Iblean plateau with its gentle slopes.
