Restaurant Zinedi

The capers that arrive on your table grow in the volcanic soil of the agriturismo. They end up on plates alongside Passito di Pantelleria and Zibibbo wines produced right here at Zinedi. Often it's Aldo who welcomes guests to the table—a former coral diver turned fisherman who, between courses, shares stories of the sea gathered from years on the island. Breakfast is Pantesca. At dinner, the sea shifts to cobalt blue and then to sunset, viewed from your table without needing to search for it elsewhere. The rest is Sicilian cuisine, the everyday kind, made with whatever the island offers in that moment.
