The masseria sciaritelle is located in the municipality of Petralia Sottana, near the Madonie nature park. The farmhouse is located on a slightly windy hillock overlooking the valley and offers a view of the countryside of the Sicilian hinterland and the Madonie massif. The farmhouse was recently built by renovating an old farmhouse. The facility consists of a large dining room where you can taste the typical dishes of the Madonie and Sicilian tradition, prepared with products coming mainly from the farm's agricultural and livestock production, which is conducted organically. The agritourism also has 8 double rooms, two of which have the possibility of adding a third bed. The rooms each have a bathroom with shower, 20-inch LCD TV, fan, and are well heated in winter and cool during the summer months. Guests are received in the reception area where it is also possible to have an aperitif in the bar set up inside the same room. There is also a lounge with a 50-inch plasma TV where guests can relax and also hold meetings or small conferences. The building is structured around two beams where tables can be set for aperitifs or lunches and dinners in the summer months. It is also possible to visit the farm buildings and stables, make contact with the animals, go on excursions and walks through the fields, and visit the herd of grazing cows. It is also possible to hire mountain bikes for excursions along trails and country paths, and for children it is possible to go horse riding, donkey riding or riding in a buggy. On feast days, tastings of typical products such as ricotta and homemade bread are organised.
