My name is Nadia, I’m originally from Genoa and have been in love with Val di Fassa since I was a child. After graduating in Architecture, I followed my heart and decided to move permanently to this magical place. Shortly after arriving, I found a job at the Municipality of Moena—but it wasn’t enough.
My passion for nature, the mountains, the land, the open air, and medicinal herbs led me, in the autumn of 2012, to start a small cultivation. It was love at first sight: day by day, growing herbs became much more than a hobby. Over time, the first rewards came, and with them, the most important decision of all: to leave the “secure job” and follow the pure and honest scent of my organic herbal teas—while raising my three little boys, who are growing alongside this dream.
Since 2016, I’ve been fully dedicated to cultivating medicinal plants and, later on, also began growing grains: soft wheat, barley, and buckwheat. This is how my authentic and unique mountain whole flours were born.
The desire to build a truly independent business—one that could manage the entire production chain, from seed to finished product—and to bring my many bubbling ideas to life, led me, in the summer of 2018, to begin work on a new major project: the construction of the processing workshop, the farm shop, and the agriturismo with seven rooms. And then, my most whimsical and fascinating idea: a treehouse, right at the edge of the forest.
