Between Arezzo and Cortona, perched on a hillside, four apartments born from the restoration of an old villa. Each offers countryside views and a private portico with table and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing on sun loungers. The park features terraced gardens with roses, lavender, rosemary and mature trees. At its heart, a swimming pool with hydromassage overlooks the panorama of the Tuscan hills.

Beneath a centuries-old oak tree lies an area with a wood-fired oven and stone barbecue, with small tables for those who wish to cook outdoors. At night the sky reveals itself studded with stars, undisturbed by surrounding lights. Around the park you may encounter roe deer, hares, and sometimes wild boar emerging from the woodland.
