Description Rossodisera
The Rossodisera farm has existed since the 1950s; Cristina Vecchietti Poltri took over its management in 1992 and opened the agriturismo in June 2011. The Vecchietti Poltri family is one of the oldest families in Florence, cited by Dante in the Paradiso of the Divine Comedy. The apartments are independent, set in old country houses.
In the garden there is a saltwater infinity pool overlooking two sides and a hot tub. In Arezzo, five kilometers further on, you can see the works of Piero della Francesca and Cimabue; Florence and Siena are equally close. In season you can participate in the olive or grape harvest, or share meals with the family. The name comes from the sunset: in the evening the sky turns red, like the wine in a glass.
