La Ripolina is located in Buonconvento on 43 hectares where vines and cereals are cultivated. It has been an agricultural business since 1966, today managed using organic methods. Some of the accommodations are located within a medieval church, from which you can see the Piana di Buonconvento and the Crete Senesi. The property features a swimming pool with solarium, table tennis, mountain bikes available for guests, and common areas with barbecue facilities.
The restaurant serves dishes prepared with the farm's own produce, accompanied by wines produced in the cellar. La Ripolina produces 100% organic wines, from cultivation through grape processing.
