The farmhouse IL CASOTTO, ideal for family holidays and groups of 18 to 24 people, is located at an altitude of 450 metres on the Tuscan hillside between the Casentino Valley and the Casentino Forest National Park. The three stone farmhouses, the private swimming pool and the large party hall are surrounded by unspoilt greenery and are located within a fully fenced 20-hectare park. The olive grove, the orchard and the vegetable garden are the pride and joy of our organic farming done with the utmost respect for nature and following the most traditional Tuscan methods. We accept animals, even large dogs, and have created a swimming pool for them too!
In our farmhouses we have double and twin bedrooms, each farmhouse features a beautiful wooden fireplace, equipped kitchen area, bathroom with shower, and outside there is a garden with wrought iron tables and chairs, umbrella, barbecue and a wonderful panoramic view.

The Private Swimming Pool measuring 16m x 8m is situated between the Cottages and the Festival Hall, surrounded by a garden with a beautiful lawn featuring weeping willow trees and a large fir tree. Equipped with comfortable loungers, umbrellas and deck chairs to spend wonderful hours in joy and relaxation in the sun. For your parties or social gatherings, we put at your disposal the Festival Hall of 150sqm equipped with a fully fitted Kitchen and amenities. Outside, the large terrace with tables, chairs and umbrellas.
