Housed in an ancient monastery, a farmhouse between Florence and Perugia, completely renovated in 2003 and divided into flats, located near Cortona (an ancient Etruscan town) and Lake Trasimeno. A holiday immersed in the beauty of the countryside with the possibility of having multiple services that will make your holiday more enjoyable. There is a large living room (mq. 50) with antique fireplace, entrance (mq. 10) directly from the garden, adjoining room with kitchen (mq. 24), changing rooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. Private parking, green space for outdoor meals, barbeque, swimming pool (6x12 m), outdoor verandas for covered dining. Away from traffic and surrounded by a large garden, it is the ideal stay for those who want peace and relaxation. Ideal for families or groups that can gather in the large living room and use the communal kitchen. On the slopes of Cortona, it was a Benedictine monastery built in the 13th century.
