The rustic farmhouse in Val di Pierle has been restored in its original country style, with exposed stone and wooden beams, boasting views that catch the sun from dawn to dusk. Three independent apartments - La Loggia, La Valle and Il Monte - are available for individual rental or together. The swimming pool, 7.5 by 14 metres, is positioned on an elevated terrace with a stone solarium; below it, the garden with gazebo. Tuscan breakfast, featuring homemade pastries, is served in the Cambusa, a climate-controlled room for 14-16 guests, also used for dinners and tastings of local cured meats, cheeses and wines. Cooking classes are available with an external chef, in Italian or English. From the panoramic terrace, you can see the Rocca di Pierle. Surrounding the property are the castles of Lisciano, Reschio and Sorbello, Cortona, and Lake Trasimeno.
