Our farm holiday, poggio agli ulivi, is situated in a very quiet place next to the natural park of Maremma. It’s a very comfortable place, only 15 minutes from the seaside and all other cultural and thermal areas of our area. We’ll be the perfect place to have relax or at least the best place to organise your excursions in the surroundings.

Our farmhouse is not really very crowded, we have 6 flats in which everybody can spend quality their holidays. The apartments, are comfortable and are composed by a fully equipped kitchen, windows are fitted with mosquito nets, tv set at your disposal, and your private entrance. Outside you can use tables for outdoor dining in case you like it. All apartments has its private entrance with tables to eat outside. Each bedroom has ceiling fans. There is also a free Wi-Fi area for our guests. – 2 apartments about 32 square metres, composed whit double bed, living room whit kitchen, bed settee and bath room whit shower. – 1 apartment about 50 square metres, composed whit double bed, living room whit kitchen, bed settee and double bathrooms whit shower. - 2 mt.28 one-room livings composed by: entrance, divan bed, living room furnished by table, chairs, kitchen cupboard, fridge, food-warmer, double bed room, bathroom and shower.

Services Farm-house

Facilities at our guests disposal include a swimming pool (7×15 mt) with a sun deck equipped with warm showers and two bathrooms with changing rooms, one for ladies the other for gentlemen. As well as a bowling alley (italian “bocce”), a children’s playground, 6 barbecues and a wood stove next to an outdoor dining area which is lit up for evening use, a private car park and a common room for entertainment purposes. Each accomodation has its own sunumbrella, sunbed and chairs. we’ll always be at your disposal for any information you need. Wnjoy your stay here with our fantastic breakfasts, with local products, our handmade muffins, jams and whatelse daniela is able to cook for you. our breakfast includes yoghurt, cereals, juices and on request we can offer also salt breakfast. In low season you can have half board service.

Our farm is located in the area of these very beautifull and wild zone and it is for this reason that we will have the opportunity to give our guests all the necessary information to take advantage of the many services and activities in the Park of Maremma. Activities, including hiking in the park, to the sea, canoe trips on the River Ombrone, tastings of typical products and much more, are available on the dedicated website. s we’re suggested from the park of maremma, our guests can have a discount to make excursion in this area or for entrance in Marina di Alberese. Possibility of booking short cruises in the tuscan islands national park (various routes including a visit to Giglio island, Giannutri, Montecristo, Pianosa and the island of Elba).
