The olmi grossi (great elm trees) farm is a completely restored country house built at the beginning of nineteen century: it was part of an old convent. The torrini family is the owner of the farm. Their love fo ature and the art of restoring old building naturally led to the decision to transforming the country house into a splendid mansion available for selected vacationers. Also, the torrini family is the owner of the ancient oil mill of impruneta (called frantoio doglia), so that they can control all the steps of their olive oil production. In the autumn period torrini family is really busy at working in the oil mill and, following the tradition, produces an olive oil of upper quality, that is i. g. p. Certified. From the swimming pool you can admire the lovely surroundings and the breathtaking landscape, hearing only the sounds coming from the countryside.
