Poggio Sassineri has been cultivating organic produce for over 20 years in the Sant'Andrea countryside, between Maremma and the province of Grosseto. The farm features 30 seats in the agriristorante and comfortable double rooms for guests. From the windows, you'll gaze upon olive groves and a botanical garden. Chiara, the owner, works alongside her team and welcomes guests by name.
The kitchen showcases the farm's own vegetables and crops: seasonal homemade dishes, pappardelle made with organic semolina, jams and biscuits produced on the estate. The menu changes with the seasons. Breakfast is a sweet spread, prepared in-house. Guests can book guided excursions through the surrounding area at a 50% discount. The didactic farm welcomes children with workshops and nature trails. During summer, an activity center operates on the property.
