The restaurant at Farm-house Il Bottaccino

Bottaccino's kitchen is a family affair, like the rest of the property: the same person who manages the apartments and horses has been at the stove since 1990. The cuisine follows Pistoiese tradition, designed for those returning from a day at the thermal spas of Monsummano or Montecatini, from a hike in the surrounding area, or from a mountain bike ride through the hills. The table is where you pause after exploring Florence, Pisa, and Pistoia, all just a short distance away. Beyond daily meals, the kitchen also caters to birthday celebrations, graduations, private dinners, and ceremonies: baptisms, communions, and confirmations.
