Santa Lina is a farmstead built by our grandfather Angiolo Borghetti in 1911, on the occasion of the birth of his daughter Lina, our mother. For Lina, this property left to her by her father, represented the continuity of the family and therefore she always maintained it, never selling it even during times of economic hardship. The original building was enlarged in the 1950s by our father Giuseppe Bianchi, but due to his untimely passing and the agricultural crisis of those years, the property was rented out until 1992. After that year, we decided to restore it while preserving its architectural characteristics and create 4 apartments for agritourism use, and to cultivate the 50 hectares organically with various crops (wheat, olives, fruit orchard, etc.). Additionally, there is a family poultry farm.
Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, the agriturismo is housed in an ancient farmhouse that has been carefully restored, preserving all the charm of a traditional Tuscan estate. Situated on a panoramic hill near Pomarance, it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. The farm spans 50 hectares, crossed by the Cecina River, and includes woodlands, cultivated fields, and an olive grove, creating a perfect environment for a holiday in close contact with nature. The agriturismo consists of three independent apartments, each with private facilities and outdoor spaces, as well as a room with a private bathroom in a separate annex. The pride of the farm is its production of organic extra virgin olive oil and organic cereals, certified by the Suolo e Salute Association. An ideal place to recharge and unwind in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by genuine flavors and unspoiled landscapes.
The building consists of three independent apartments with autonomous services and particular external pertaining space, and a bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette located in a nearby independent annex. The largest apartment (lavanda) (approximately 100 sq.m.) is composed of an equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator and an old fireplace and on the upper floor three bedrooms (7 beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is attached to a bedroom. Each room is furnished differently with period furniture. Outside opens a spacious covered veranda with table. The medium apartment 'gelsomino' (approximately 90 sq.m.) consists of two bedrooms (5 beds), two bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen and living room. The third apartment fiordaliso (approximately 50 sq.m.) has an equipped kitchen, one bedroom (3 beds) and a bathroom with shower. The small apartment alloro consists of a double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.

We provide our guests with a swimming pool, parking, a laundry service (for a fee), and a lounge where you can connect to the internet. The lounge features a piano and a foosball table. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. Our guests can also purchase fresh vegetables from our garden and eggs from our henhouse.
Hiking destinations of particular interest in the vicinity of the farm stay are: the Rocca Sillana, an imposing medieval fortress particularly evocative with night lighting; the Berignone Nature Reserve with flora and fauna typical of Mediterranean scrubland; the Cecina river in whose clean waters it is possible to swim in a natural, wild and unspoiled environment. Of rare beauty is the locality called 'Masso delle Fanciulle' linked to an ancient legend. In Pomarance there is a riding stable with the possibility of an equestrian school, wellness centre, tennis and basketball courts available also in night hours. Larderello is located in the centre of what is called The Devil's Valley. Numerous are the small centres perched on surrounding hilltops that have maintained their ancient appearance and whose names already suggest their history: Castelnuovo and Serrazzano, Montecastelli and Montecatini Val di Cecina.
