In our farmhouse, we offer the possibility of having dinner upon reservation, to taste the authentic flavors of the area. Our restaurant room welcomes guests in a warm and familiar atmosphere, where we serve traditional dishes, prepared with care and passion. During the summer, it is also possible to eat outdoors, immersed in the tranquility of nature. We offer homemade cuisine, genuine and full of flavours, which includes tastings and snacks based on local products, for an explosion of taste that will remain in your hearts

The menu

Our typical menu consists of a summer and a winter menu. Starter: mixed crostini, mixed cured meats, pecorino and pears, top cured meats, crouton, pecorino with honey and jam, pecorino and saffron specialities. First courses, panzanella, pappardelle with wild boar, Pici with ragu ho all'aglione, and only in the winter period soup of the poor and pici with truffle sauce, wild boar morsels, mixed grill, grilled chicken, Florentine steak, sliced. The wild boar is cooked all the other meat is stewed on the grill, the meat comes from local farms while the pasta is handmade.
