The restaurant at Farm-house Casano

Ours is a small countryside kitchen: seasonal, simple and genuine. In the evening, by reservation, we offer a fixed menu that changes according to the garden and the market: soups and ribollite, hand-made pasta, local meats and cheeses, roasted vegetables and homemade desserts. The oil is Tuscan, the bread comes from the valley ovens, the wines tell the story of Val d'Orcia and nearby Montalcino. In summer you dine outdoors, with views of the hills; in winter the fireplace sets the atmosphere. Vegetarian options available and, with advance notice, gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives. Limited seats: it is a convivial dinner designed for our guests, with unhurried pace and authentic flavors.
