The restaurant at Farm-house Casano

Dinner must be reserved in advance: a fixed menu that follows the garden and the market, with no alternatives to choose from at the table. Soups and ribollite, hand-made pasta, local meats and cheeses, roasted vegetables, homemade desserts. The oil is Tuscan, the bread comes from the valley's ovens, the wines are from Val d'Orcia and nearby Montalcino. In summer you eat outside, with the hills before you. In winter you stay inside, near the fireplace. Those who need a vegetarian menu should mention it when booking; the same goes for those who don't eat gluten or lactose. There are only a few seats: it's a convivial dinner designed for our guests.
