Restaurant La Selvella

The cuisine follows the garden and the seasons: in the evening, by reservation, a fixed menu changes with what's available in the garden—fresh vegetables, handmade pasta, rustic soups, local meats, and desserts baked to order. Extra virgin olive oil, preserves, herbs, and legumes come from the agriturismo's organic farm. In summer, dinner is served outdoors, in the small piazza beneath the ash tree or by the pool, with the Crete Senesi hills before you. The wine list ranges across Val d'Orcia and Chianti Rufina. Vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free dishes are available upon request.
