The restaurant at Farm-house La Selvella

Selvella's cuisine is home-style, Tuscan and seasonal. In the evening, by reservation, we serve a fixed menu that changes following the garden: seasonal vegetables, handmade pasta, peasant soups, local meats and freshly baked desserts. The extra virgin olive oil is our own, as are preserves, herbs and legumes cultivated on the farm with a biological approach. In summer, dinner is served outdoors, in the small square under the ash tree or by the poolside, with views of the crete senesi. The wine list showcases labels from the territory between Val d'Orcia and Chianti Rufina. Upon request we offer vegetarian alternatives and, with advance notice, gluten-free or lactose-free dishes. It is a simple and refined experience, designed for those who desire true flavors and slow pace.
