Amid the clay hills of the Val d’Orcia, in Radicofani, La Selvella is an 18th-century hamlet reborn into three stone farmhouses: accommodations with private entrances, air conditioning, and a small square shaded by a centuries-old ash tree where, in summer, breakfast and dinner are served outdoors. The pool overlooks the Sienese crete, while our home kitchen offers generous breakfasts and Tuscan menus with vegetables from the garden, homemade pasta, and local meats. We are an organic farm: extra-virgin olive oil, medicinal herbs, grains, and legumes grown with a permaculture approach; farm visits and family activities bring guests close to our donkeys, goats, and courtyard animals. We care for the environment: renewable energy, heat pumps, and an EV charging station. From here you can quickly reach the Radicofani Fortress, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, and the natural hot springs.
