The owners have always traded in cheese aged in large cellars below the house. It 'was gradually place of refreshment, food shop and a meeting place. The Country Inn Sant'Anna is a historic building, unique in the area. The building dates back to 800. Over the years it has been a post office and inns and grocery shop. Older people of the area still remember dancing on the premises of the restaurant. The building retains the charm of the time. The pink brick building is characteristic of buildings of Siena and is enhanced and embellished by the art-deco staircase. It offers 4 comfortable rooms of various sizes, a restaurant where to tast the typical cuisine made with natural local products at zero km.
