The restaurant at Farm-house Costa Etrusca

Olivum, the agritourism restaurant, takes its name from the olive trees that surround the breakfast area and provide shade to the tables in the morning. In the evening, the same space transforms: the bar kiosk opens for aperitivo, then guests move to the tables for seasonal Tuscan cuisine, prepared with local products.

The property was established in 1989 as a organic agritourism along the Costa degli Etruschi, just minutes from the center of San Vincenzo and the sea. The kitchen follows this philosophy: no out-of-season products, no disposable items in the dining room.

Guests arriving from the beach find the restaurant; those who have spent the day among the inland hills await a plate of local tradition.
