The farmhouse is 80 hectares wide covered partly from woods and partly turned to biological agriculture. The clayey ground that characterizes these places has given life to an extremely suggestive landscape, characterized by strong chromatic contrasts, that doesn't find any comparisons in the whole region.You can find us between Perugia and Orvieto near the border of Tuscany, caracterized by the typical landscapes of the region, green forests and smooth hills. Just one hour away, you can find famous places like Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto, Siena, Firenze, Arezzo, Roma, lago Trasimeno.The house offers 2 independent apartments. The first is composed by: 2 bedrooms, one living-room with fireplace, 1 bathroom. The second apartment is composed by 2 bedrooms, one living-room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms. Moreover, a huge garden with a wonderful view is available to relax and to enjoy your stay.Vegetable garden is freely available for the guests while the 130 olive trees let us have a very high quality olive oil.Animals are allowed.

Il casolare si trova in un posto molto bello ed abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in completo relax.
L'agriturismo geograficamente si presta come base di partenza ideale per visite nelle più rinomate città d'arte dell'Italia centrale, oltre a un numero infinito di splendidi paesi e paesini sparsi tra Umbria, Toscana, e Lazio.
