In the heart of Monte Subasio, just a few kilometres from Assisi, Le Case – Residenza di Campagna offers simple, genuine cuisine deeply rooted in the land.

Our restaurant was born within our agricultural reality and brings to the table the products of our farm, following the rhythm of the seasons and celebrating the finest ingredients of the region.

Vegetables and produce from our own cultivation, local ingredients and recipes from Umbrian tradition become, each day, genuine dishes prepared with care and without unnecessary sophistication.

Our cuisine is designed to help you rediscover the pleasure of eating well, in a simple and natural way, in an informal and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery and tranquillity of the Umbrian countryside.

We also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes, with particular attention to ingredient quality and seasonality.

Completing the experience is a selection of organic wines and craft beers, to be enjoyed alongside our dishes.

During the warmer months, we also present our Pizza al Tramonto, a convivial moment to be experienced outdoors, among nature, good food and the evocative landscape of Monte Subasio.

Here you will not find cuisine created to amaze, but rather a cuisine that tells the story of our land, our work and the pleasure of gathering around the table together.
