Located in a pleasant countryside, the charming village on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, between two oases of great environmental importance, Lake Trasimeno (Umbria) and Lake Montepulciano (Tuscany) enshrines a true gem of simple tranquillity, the Villa Cozzano farm-holiday. This haven of peace and quiet is girded by olive groves, vineyards and pines, all parts of the estate. Loving renovation has breathed new life into the building: capacious apartments, ancient timber beams, old clay-brick arches and original furnishings in elegant period style.

Villa Cozzano has vineyards, olive groves, forests, sunflower and wheat fields for a total extension of 28 hectares that surround the entire structure. A few kilometers from Montepulciano (home of good wine) and Castiglione del Lago (Pearl of the Trasimeno), not far from other famous tourist destinations such as Cortona, Pienza, Siena or Perugia, you will have a privileged location both to explore nearby towns and to relax by refreshing yourself in the pool or walking in our possessions.
With four outdoor bbqs and more than ten tables located at various points in the park, you can cook and eat in front of a unique view, savor wine at sunset and read a book accompanied by birds.
In the property you can rent mountain bikes and use 65 km bicycle path that arrives as far as Chiusi and Arezzo, go horse back in a riding ground that works with us, enjoy an excellent breakfast and buy fruit and vegetables of our vegetable garden.
