The Villa is not that of the classic farmhouse but is more elegant to maintain a style using quality materials, furnishings and finishes, giving the building character and personality Terracotta and old oak floors, brick vaults, chestnut beamed ceilings with terracotta tiles and superior furnishings make the four apartments warm and welcoming, each one different from the other Our ideas, aiming for sustainable eco-tourism, have led us to choose organic building materials so the Villa Pulciana fits perfectly into an organic farm of about 12 hectares, with the cultivation of grape vines producing high quality Sangiovese), olive trees (producing an excellent low acidic, fruity, cold pressed D.O.P. Umbrian olive oil), cereal crops (corn, sunflower, barley) as well as woodlands of typical native vegetation
