Casali del Toppello is a 4 spighe (4 star) family-run farm company situated in Corciano, a medieval town which is elected as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. 15km from Lake Trasimeno, on the way that lead pilgrims, Knights Templar and the armies towards Perugia, Casali del Toppello is an excellent starting point for visiting intact natural landscapes and the beautiful art cities of this green region. The property covers a whole hill dominated from the two country houses. In the 27 hectares of land there are more than 1700 olive trees and three crops of vineyard of different typology (Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet), some areas of forest and a small lake. The swimming pool-solarium (14x6m) occupies an admirable panoramic position overlooking a marvelous view over the valley below, providing fascinating moments of relax. The farm has 5 apartments with kitchen, for a total of 28 people, with the best comfort: private bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi and TV. The rooms, with typical characteristics of the old country houses in the area, are large and comfortable, without losing the taste for detail: wrought iron beds, antique furniture, hardwood and ceramics from Deruta.

Our apartments have the best comfort of the charm farm holidays: private bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi, telephone, TV and kitchen. We offer several versions of apartments at different prices for every budget. We are open all year. The rooms have typical characteristics of the old country houses in the area, and contain wooden beams and tiles, vaulted ceilings and stone walls in face view. The furniture are inspired by traditional Umbrian and Tuscan: wrought iron beds, antique furniture, hardwood and ceramics from Deruta. Surroundings (Corciano)

There are many routes to discover the culture and nature in the surroundings of Toppello Casali. History and heritage art: visiting the archaeological remains of Etruscan, Roman and Byzantine that still persist over time, museums and medieval villages and the beautiful art towns such as Perugia, Orvieto, Todi, Foligno, Spoleto, Spello and Bevagna. Religious and spiritual journey: the streets and shrines of San Francisco and among the Footsteps of the Knights of Malta, a must stop in Assisi and the Basilica of Saint Rita in Cascia. Nature trails: We recommend a visit to the Park of Trasimeno with its three islands (Greater, Lesser and Polvese) and the Oasis Valley. The location of the lakes of Chiusi (ancient Etruscan city) and Montepulciano, or that of the nearby Tiber River Park. A little further away, ideal for day trips, there are the Cascade Falls, Mount Subasio and the Sibillini Mountains.
