My name is Franca and I own the Agriturismo il Corniolo. The Agriturismo has existed since 2003, before it was a farmhouse and a bafrom the 19th century owned by my family who owned an agricultural company. We have renovated it into 7 delightful apartments, a common room and the swimming pool. I have lived in the countryside since I was a child, I am used to greenery and large spaces, clean air, to the silence and background of the sounds of nature such as the singing of birds or rooster in the morning. I love the movement in the open air that working in the countryside and farm activities require. I have a great passion for jams, I prepare them with our fruit and with organic fruit from trusted suppliers. Another great passion is cooking: I prepare excellent breakfasts with homemade baked goods and bread with the natural flours produced by us. It is a wonderful experience for me to meet many people from all over the world, with whom I can form relationships and share life stories.
The apartments are inside our Agriturismo with swimming pool, nice and confortable with nice view. 7km from Perugia, but deep in the nature.. Swimming pool, wi-fi, tv, heaing, breakfast, laundry, with washing machine, dryer, iron. Bus, bar, restaurant, gas staion, supermarket 4km, pharmacy, bank. You can bring your dog. Just 7km far from Perugia, you will enjoy peace and quiet and good rest that you can find just in the nature and you can still breathe the typical rural, informal and restful air of Umbrian countries. The apartment is well-finished, comfortable and panoramic. Guests can enjoy the well-finished garden that enclose the farmhouse, the amazing walks in the wood, the path near the field where walk, run or cycling, the shared living room with chimney, the ping-pong and the barbecue. We love animals, so your dog is welcome! If you like cycling, is possible to rent bicycle. Here horseback riding, visiting wineries with wine tasting; near 4 golf course: Antognolla, (18 buche), Santa Sabina, ( 18 golf hole), Golf Club Lamborghini ( 9 golf hole) Panicarola and Città di Castello. 30km parapendio Monte Subasio, 1 hour rafting. If you are a passionate fisher, we have a lake for game fishing just few minutes far from our place and if you like horses there is a riding stables where you can book an amazing horse ride. In the end you can taste our home-made jams: white and red raspberry jam, blackberry jam, blueberry jam, currant jam. All of the fruits come from our plants.
The vacation apartments at Agriturismo il Corniolo are spacious, ranging from 45 to 80 square meters, meticulously designed, elegantly furnished, comfortable, and welcoming. They are ideal for a weekend getaway, a week's vacation, or for long-term rentals. They offer double, twin, and some triple rooms. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, independent heating, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Some apartments also have a furnished outdoor veranda. Some apartments are also equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities. We accept dogs, but not cats.

In our municipality there is no tourist tax and all apartments are equipped with mosquito nets and fans. The cost includes: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen; water and electricity consumption; Wi-Fi; the use of barbecue. Your dog is welcome, we do not accept cats. Shared outdoor pool. For winter: heating costs which are independent and on consumption are not included. For long stays: Final cleaning and internet included in the price. Water, gas, electricity, garbage disposal, heating excluded (according to consumption).
