Ê parents of a disabled child, we are aware of the difficulties you can encounter simply going on holiday. Hence our idea and desire to create accommodation that more closely meets the needs of various kinds of disabled people. The already large house was completely renovated preserving the style of an old country house but with all the mode facilities for the disabled. We offer the following facilities: two ground floor apartments for mobility restricted persons with no architectural barriers and large fully equipped bathrooms for the disabled. A safe wheelchair stairlift providing access to the multipurpose room on the first floor. J. O. B. (wheelchairs for snow, sea and swimming pool) enabling mobility restricted persons to enter the water in our large swimming pool with a spectacular all-round panoramic view. Situated 760 metres up in the Umbrian Apennines, the house is immersed in green countryside but also near to a number of historic art cities, such as Urbino (50 km), Gubbio (32 km), Perugia (64 km) and Assisi (74 km). The structure is situated at 760 meters altitude in the central Apennines and is completely immersed in the green of the Umbrian countryside, close to historic and artistic cities such as Gubbio, Perugia, Urbino, etc. It offers the opportunity to practice trekking and to undertake visits and excursions. The large swimming pool is located on a natural terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent 360° panorama. The spacious green area surrounding it allows you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Inside, the large multi-activity hall offers the possibility of convivial gatherings even for particularly large groups. About 500 meters away there is also an excellent family-run restaurant with typical cuisine. The House finally has equipment and aids for disabled people (stairlifts, pool wheelchairs, spacious equipped bathrooms, etc.)
