Situated in the middle tiber river valley at abaut m. 300 above sea level, between perugia and assisi and near torgiano, attactive medieval village, it is surrounded by vineyards, olivegroves, cherry-trees, ash-trees, oaks, alders, and cedars. The renovations respecting the original architectural forms and materals made a subdivision possible into 7 separate apartment and two double rooms, were the furnishing have been tastefully selected and offers guests maximum confort. A large meadoww surrounds the farmhouse in a 50. 000 sq. Mts estate completely fenced where it’s a private swimming pool and solarium.
