Meander down a quaint gravel road lined with centuries-old pines, through olive trees until you reach a small plateau where the beautifully restored country house, Caprareccia, stands. Built at the tu of the 20th century, the Caprareccia is a sandstone two story traditional country house where you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the Umbrian valley. The Caprareccia is divided in two spacious separate apartments, the Blue and the Green apartment, each one measuring over 1600 sq. feet to accommodate any visitor. Nestled among gardens and olive trees, both apartments have their own gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecues where you may catch a glimpse of colourful pheasants roaming through the garden as the sun begins to set. A few steps from the house, there is a swimming pool to enjoy those beautiful summer days. Decorated in the traditional Umbrian style, these quaint apartments offer specialized accommodations to suit everyone’s tastes.
