The restaurant is reserved exclusively for guests staying in our eight rooms: no walk-in diners, no evening parties or events. Dinner follows a set menu that changes daily, featuring countryside dishes with some unexpected pairings. 90% of our ingredients come from Umbrian producers. Each evening, guests also enjoy a selection of Umbrian extra virgin olive oil to taste separately. Breakfast too remains a reserved moment for our guests, with no outside access.
